The online web-chat service is available between 9am - 3pm Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays)

With You offer free talking therapies, counselling and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) in Surrey and Kent.

They can help with a range of mental health problems, including stress, anxiety, depression and more.

Catching Lives
Catching Lives is an independent charity aiming to support rough sleepers, homeless and vulnerably housed in Canterbury and East Kent; those who have, for many reasons, fallen through the gaps in society and may feel they have nowhere else to turn.

Forward Trust - Rapid Access Drop In
The Forawrd Trust are now offering a rapid access session every Monday from 2 - 4pm at Folkestone Health Centre
​
The session is primarily aimed ait those wishing to understand their options with regard to their use of opiates but welcome anyone seeking help with issues relating to addiction
Alcoholics Anonymous
At AA, Alcoholics Anonymous members help each other to stop drinking. If you think you need help with your drinking problem get in touch.​

Meetings are held regularly online or in towns all across Kent with new members supported by their peers on the road to recovery.

Cocaine Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other so that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from their addiction

Narcotics Anonymous is a fellowship of people who have a history of using drugs who support one another to get & stay abstinent from use of all mind altering substances.

Porchlight
Porchlight is a Kent based organisations offering support to individuals facing homelessness.
​
For the last 50 years Porchlight have been on the front lines battling against poverty, homelessness and housing inequality.
